It is our pleasure to extend you very warm welcome to the Department of Management of Waling Multiple Campus. We would like to congratulate you for making a good career decision by choosing to pursue education in the field of management so that with your acquired knowledge and skill-set, you can be at least a small part to contribute to Nepalese business organization to propel the Nepalese economy. We believe that the management students must be "Renaissance" person, who scrutinize trends and behavior in an increasingly complex and disruptive business world in order to contribute to prosper in this era of fast technological change, information explosion and globalization. Now, the campus is going to drastic improve its quality in education as well pedagogy. As a head of management department, I want to give full commitment for your plenary development of education.  

There are two basic career paths for management graduates. The first is development of management skill, which involves managing function for businesses in the manufacturing and trade industries. The second is a career in the field of financial service industries. Also, it is very beneficial in the field of officer level of government jobs.
